Scholarships

Since its establishment in 2002, the Michael C. Licursi Memorial Fund has awarded nearly than $80,000 in scholarships and aid to students at Brush High School, St. Gregory the Great/Sacred Heart of Jesus Academy and Gilmour Academy.

The Michael C. Licursi Scholarship for Success at Brush High School is a one-time grant awarded to a graduating senior, to be used towards tuition during the freshman year of college.

The Gilmour Academy grant provided financial support for students to attend an annual service trip to Honduras.

The Michael C. Licursi Junior High Memorial Scholarship was awarded from 2004 until 2016, when St. Gregory the Great/Sacred Heart of Jesus Academy closed its doors. A minimum of two scholarships were provided each year for sixth and seventh graders to be used towards tuition for their seventh and eighth grade years. These funds are now allocated to the Brush High School scholarship.
